General questions, feedback, corrections, and press — all to one address. We aim to reply to every genuine message.
General contact
Questions about a lesson, a suggestion for a topic we should cover, a partnership idea, or just feedback on the site — send it to support@chesslab.academy. Chess Lab Academy is an online resource; we operate by email rather than a phone line, so email is the right channel for everything.
Corrections and errata
Found an error? Tell us — we fix it and re-verify. Accuracy is the whole point of this site, so a good correction is one of the most useful things you can send us. If a move, evaluation, rule, date, or fact looks wrong, email support@chesslab.academy with:
- The page URL (or the lesson title).
- What looks wrong, and — if you can — what it should say.
- A source, if you have one (it speeds up our re-verification).
We'll re-check the claim against the engine and our references, correct the page if it's wrong, and update its "last verified" date. That's the deal: you flag it, we fix it. See how we verify in our methodology.
Press and media
Writing about Chess Lab Academy, our verification model, or the interactive-learning approach? We're happy to help. Email support@chesslab.academy with "Press" in the subject line and your deadline, and we'll get back to you.
Business and legal
This site is operated by Chess Lab Academy, based in Singapore. For legal or formal business correspondence, use the same address: support@chesslab.academy, and we'll route it to the right person.
